Gao Dun village in Shimen town is an administrative village with relatively rapid development of leather shoes industry. The village has more than 100 leather shoes and related private enterprises, and has produced more than 700 pairs of leather shoes, and more than 1800 workers engaged in shoemaking. In order to better develop the village main industry and build a good platform for farmers to start their own businesses, Shimen town decided to set up Gao Dun peasant shoe business pioneer park.

It is understood that the total planning area of Gao Dun peasant footwear business park is 250 mu, and the first phase of the development of 40 acres of land plans to invest more than 7000 yuan, has completed the land transfer of 4 enterprises. The pioneer park after the first phase of construction can solve more than 400 labor force, and produce 150 pairs of leather shoes annually. The establishment of the park can not only promote the development of the whole leather shoes industry in Gao Dun village, but also provide a broader space for the concentration, development and growth of private enterprises in the village.
