In addition to some characteristics of viscose fiber and cotton fiber, modal fiber has its own unique characteristics. The fabric produced by modal fiber has silk luster, high quality mercerized cotton style, soft and delicate handle, good drapability and wearability. But in the process of dyeing and finishing, modal abrasions, creases, and wide kits are prone to be unstable. Before treatment, the fineness of modal fiber is smaller than that of cotton fiber. The fineness of the fiber is equivalent to the fineness of L7 to 8 TX cotton. In the actual production process, we must pay attention to the following points. The processing must be completely disseminated; the fabric is facing the fold and buckle, so that the fabric can be processed in the front side, reducing the friction between the surfaces of the fabric; using a larger bath ratio as far as possible, adjusting the bath ratio by 0 to the different fabric, and adding softeners in the antistatic bath in the bath to reduce the friction between the fabrics, keeping the fabric in a mild motion state during bleaching, dyeing and finishing, controlling the temperature, avoiding boiling phenomenon, and controlling the speed of the dyeing machine.
