The Physical Properties Of Export Footwear In Wujin Are Generally Not Up To Standard.

In accordance with the relevant requirements of the AQSIQ on the conduct of quality and safety risk inspection and rectification work on the import and export of sensitive textiles for inspection of import and export (national quality inspection Letter No. 2012] No. 297), the Wujin Office of the state inspection office acted swiftly and took the export footwear products in the area as one of the key objects to be investigated.

Concentrating on the sampling cycle type test, earnestly looking for hidden dangers and putting the investigation and rectification work into practice.

In this survey, all export footwear enterprises in the Wujin district were surveyed. There were 6 export footwear enterprises in the area. All 6 enterprises were inspected, and the footwear exported by enterprises was tested according to the requirements of SN/T1309.4-2010 and SN/T1309.7-2011 technical standards. The main indexes of footwear were adhesion strength, tensile strength, breaking tensile rate, hardness, adhesion strength, film elongation and other physical durability indexes.

If there is an unqualified test, it is determined that the product type test is not qualified.

The samples required for this type test are randomly selected from the batch of goods by the inspectors, and 1 samples are sealed to ensure the representativeness of the samples.

The test results showed that the unqualified rate of adhesion strength in the test items was the highest, reaching 66.6%, followed by the tensile strength failure rate of 50%, and the unqualified rate of breaking elongation rate was 16.7%; only 1 enterprises passed the test qualification rate of all items 100%.

The footwear export enterprises in this region are mainly exported to the United States, Japan, Korea, Hongkong and other countries and regions. The results of this test show that the export footwear products in this region generally have quality problems that are not up to standard.

The reasons are as follows: first, because some shoe factories are out of date or do not use automatic shotcreting equipment, the manual sizing is not uniform, resulting in the adhesion strength is not up to standard; second, in order to reduce the cost of electricity and other cost, most of the enterprises produce at night, the workers steal more phenomena, the process control is not strict, and the internal quality management of the enterprises is not in place; third, the quality and safety awareness of the enterprises is weak, ignoring the self-test of physical performance indicators; fourth, the specific technical parameters of all rubber shoes industry standards need to be further improved.

In order to further strengthen the inspection and supervision and management of export footwear products and improve the quality of export products, the Wujin Office of the national inspection office held a special meeting of footwear enterprises to inform the results of the random inspection and propose corrective measures. First, after receiving the notice of product nonconformance, the company analyzed the reasons for its unqualified products in accordance with the contents of the product's non conformance, and submitted a rectification report in two copies.

The rectification report has been supervised and rectified by the inspection and quarantine personnel, and after the inspection and quarantine organization approves the seal, it will be sent to the laboratory for reinspection with the rectification sample to ensure that the corrective measures are put into practice.

Second, after the rectification is qualified, the product related non conformities should be listed as key supervision items, and supervision and inspection should be strengthened.

Third, conscientiously do a good job in the enterprise's disqualification report, rectification report, and the registration report of the qualified report.

Fourth, follow up the product type test nonconformity, and effectively improve product quality.
