Application Technology Of Coating Photosensitive Adhesive

1、 Preface

Therefore, taking HTYG-S water-soluble diazo sensitive adhesive as an example, the process of coating sensitive adhesive is discussed as follows:

2、 Experimental part

2.1 Experimental supplies

A stretched screen plate (30cm * 30cm); HTYG-S water-soluble diazo photosensitive adhesive and HTYG-SM diazo photosensitive agent; Glue applicator length (29cm); Brown bottle.

2.2 Preparation of photosensitive adhesive

HTYG-S water-soluble nitrogen generating photosensitive adhesive is prepared with HTYG-SM nitrogen generating photosensitizer before coating on the screen. Its formula and operation process are as follows:

HTYG-S water-soluble diazo sensitive glue: 1000g

HTYG-SM diazo photosensitizer: 10g

Distilled water (30~40 ℃): 50ml

Dissolve 10g of photosensitizer with 30ml of distilled water. After the photosensitizer is fully dissolved, filter it with a 300 mesh screen. Rinse the bottle with the remaining 15ml of distilled water. The combined logistics department will pour the dissolved photosensitizer solution into 1000g of HTYG-S water-soluble diazo sensitive glue solution. Stir it evenly with a glass rod clockwise, and keep it still for 24 hours. Use it after eliminating bubbles.

Note: No distilled water can be selected Water Quality Good soft water.

2.3 When coating the photosensitive adhesive, first place the screen frame at an angle of 85 degrees with the horizontal plane, fix it with a clamp, and then pour the photosensitive adhesive into the glue applicator. The amount of glue accounts for 2/3 of the volume of the glue applicator. Flatten the gluing device. The mouth of the gluing device must be full of glue liquid and close to the screen. When the glue liquid just contacts the screen, the hand will move the gluing device from bottom to top and scrape glue.

The front and back sides shall be evenly scraped and painted twice. Then put it into the oven for drying.

Note: The coating process of rectifier is carried out under the yellow light.

3、 Problems to be noticed in coating photosensitive adhesive

1. When applying photosensitive adhesive, the adhesive speed should not be too slow to avoid local excessive thickness and uneven adhesive surface.

2. Do not use too much force when applying glue, because too much force will make the adhesive film on the screen too thin and reduce the printing strength.
