Reporters learned from the hospital that the plaintiff, Babu bean company, was a wholly foreign-owned limited liability company established by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government on March 1995 8 and registered and established by the Shanghai Administration for Industry and Commerce in March 29, 1995. Its business scope is the wholesale, retail and import and export business of clothing, shoes, hats, toys, baby products and so on. Legal authorization is granted to use the "LITTLE BOBDOG" letter combinations and graphic trademarks in the mainland of China, and the "Babu bean" characters and graphic trademarks are registered according to law.

Since the establishment of the Babu company, special counters have been set up throughout the country, including Shenzhen, Guangzhou and other cities.

The defendant Chengdu Carrefour company immediately stopped selling the logo of "Babu bean" logo, which is distributed in Shenzhen Babu company, and now the defendant has appealed.
