The rise of workers has become a factor that enterprises must take into consideration at this stage.

YAN Dan is one of the 37 graduating students signed by Guangming group from a vocational school in Huaian due to insufficient recruitment.

Because she did not leave home, her parents were not at ease. At the age of 19, she was the last one among the 37 students to report.

Of the 5 classmates in her dormitory, 3 have run back to their hometown.

Although she said she was prepared to stick to it, she said, "I am a little homesick to see them go back."

Of the 3 girls who came home, Hu Xiaoyun returned to the light because "bored at home," and only 6 months after the internship, did they get the diploma.

Before coming back, Hu Xiaoyun was worried that the workshop director would blame her. He did not think that the director did not criticize, but immediately arranged a new post for her.

But even so, for 6 months later, Hu Xiaoyun still said, "look at it later."

From 4:45 to 5:15, the rest is only half an hour between the afternoon and the evening shift. YAN Dan goes to eat, steamed bread, instant noodles and biscuits. The cookbook is surprisingly simple. Yan Dan said that they often eat these things. "We must be frugal outside, and feel that making money is not easy."

This is different from what we often hear about the post-80s and post-90s workers who can't bear hardships and have no concept of money. "I think it's OK. The group we left behind was very hard-working."

Yan Dan said.

Compared with their predecessors, these post-80s and post-90s workers obviously have higher ideals and life goals.

Hu Xiaoyun, 20, went out of business because she was unhappy with her family's business. She said she didn't need to earn money to support her family. So she didn't come out to work because she earned money. She had her own ideal. "I can't rely on my parents all my life, and I'm going to experience life and experience society."

She hopes to earn more money in the future so that she can go back to her hometown for a family.

Speaking of ideals, YAN Dan, who studied fashion design in school, also said he wanted to be his own boss. "Opening a clothing store yourself should be lighter and less tiring than here.

Everyone's ideals are almost the same. They are their own bosses.

The idea of independence and the longing for ideals have left some young workers away from the factory, but there are other important reasons for those who have become the main force of the first workshop.

In fact, the rise of the new generation of workers has become a factor that enterprises must take into consideration at this stage.

They are very concerned about material and spiritual aspects and directly challenge the original employment mechanism of clothing enterprises.

For example, now 80 and 90, there are clear ideas about work expectations.

Human resources

Samples of 900 new generation migrant workers in the Yangtze River Delta were collected.

According to the survey, the young people who pull the boxes now have great changes compared with the first generation of migrant workers who are carrying the snake skin bags into the city. They are significantly higher than their parents in terms of career expectations, material and spiritual enjoyment.

The first generation of migrant workers stayed in their work place, except for basic necessities, and other expenses were very few.

The new generation of migrant workers are different, they agree with people's consumption habits in the city, and hope to integrate into the city.

Like YAN Dan and her classmates, they are more willing to spend their money on other places - go shopping together at the weekend, buy clothes and shoes.

The news from the human resources market is that the reasons for the new generation of migrant workers changing jobs are more diverse. Besides raising salaries, they also have the mental reasons for not being able to tolerate inhuman management.

Humanized management has become another "signboard" condition for recruitment, especially for migrant workers with working experience.

Clothing as a labor-intensive industry, many enterprises are still continuing the old way, through the compression of personnel costs, to improve product profits, some enterprises have realized the talent problem, but there is no effective way to retain talent, so that the clothing industry front-line workers flow is very serious.

For some senior talents, the problem comes from other aspects, or even more serious.
