Vietnam'S Clothing Exports Amounted To $4 Billion 650 Million.

Li Guoan, President of the Vietnam textile and Garment Association (Vitas), said that in the first 6 months of this year, Vietnam's clothing exports were estimated to reach US $4 billion 650 million. Vietnam hopes to achieve the export target of US $10 billion 500 million this year.


Vietnam's clothing exports to traditional markets, such as the United States and daily newspapers, increased by 15% and 10% respectively.

In addition, Vietnam's clothing exporters also extended their business to other markets, such as China, Taiwan, Korea and ASEAN countries.


At present, Vietnam's clothing products account for 2.69% of the world market share.

In the United States and Japan, Vietnam is the second place after China. Vietnam has a 7.4% share in the US market and has a 4% share in the Japanese market.
