The clothing industry occupies a pivotal position in the industry category of Fujian province.

Although the total output value of clothing in Fujian has reached 65 billion yuan, the significance of the 65 billion yuan is not entirely in the aggregate itself, but in its pulling effect on the whole industry upstream and downstream, including raw materials, textiles, finished products and social employment.

Through the joint efforts of the industry and enterprises over the past few years, our province has made remarkable achievements in casual wear, children's wear and sportswear, and has become more and more important in the market at home and abroad.

So far, the total clothing in Fujian has accounted for 1 / 4 of the national total.

These achievements can not be separated from the guidance and promotion of industry associations and leading enterprises, and we can not do without the efforts of practitioners. As industry authorities, we will continue to support and care about the healthy development of the garment industry and help enterprises to solve various difficulties and problems encountered in the process of operation.

Since this year, due to the impact of the big environment, the production and operation activities of garment enterprises in our province have been affected to varying degrees, and the development of enterprises has encountered some difficulties.

But I believe that the difficulties must be temporary. We will overcome the difficulties and usher in a greater victory and development. Because in the face of the unfavorable factors of market shrinkage, the leading enterprises in Fujian province have shown strong competitive strength in the face of difficulties because of the early pformation, accurate positioning and stable market, and the market share has not been greatly affected.

In the future, clothing is still facing challenges and opportunities. How can we make more brilliant achievements in the future development? I would like to make the following suggestions:

First, we must be confident.

In view of the current market changes, the government has organized a series of investigations. In the future, the government will introduce a series of policies and measures including the concept of "clothing products" to support the development of our textile and garment industry, and support and guide enterprises to become bigger and stronger.

Second, enterprises should learn to integrate with capital, and use various reasonable and lawful means of financing to further strengthen their own strength, enhance brand awareness and competitiveness, improve product added value, and remain invincible in the future competition.

At the same time, the government will also introduce a series of support and reward policies according to the actual situation to help enterprises tide over difficulties and gain greater opportunities for development.

Third, enterprises must rely on core values to win the market. In the process of development, we must strengthen brand channel construction, strengthen brand publicity and cultural construction, further enhance brand awareness and product value added; on the other hand, we must also focus on product construction, and start from the links of R & D, processing and professional talents, so as to win more room for development.
